I've had my subscription with FFS for about 3 years now and I'll never use any other razors again! The razors leave my skin so smooth and the option to chose between monthly and bi-monthly is great. I've also just tried one of their natural deodorants and I've added that to my subscription too, it's amazing! FFS have recyclable packaging and razors so it's good for the environment. On top of this their customer service is amazing! If you're thinking about trying their products do it, you won't regret it!

I ordered a rose gold handle a few months ago, which had now went rusty and the paintwork was coming away, I contacted them via email, had a very quick response and Charlotte was amazing. Replying to my emails super quick and I sending me a new handle and free engraving! Amazing service! Thank you Charlotte!! Will definitely continue to use! I also have a subscription and they’re so good and delivery is super quick! Can’t recommend enough.

I just started with ffs and I got the tanning stuff aswell as the razor. The tanning stuff smells amazing, I have never had one that smells so good and so easy to apply and the tan looks so natural. The razors are amazing aswell! The shave is so good and I was even so soft the next day! I havent had to contact customer service but I am so so happy with the products, thankyou.

Fantastic customer service, subscription box hadn’t arrived and they arranged a replacement straight away! Always got a very friendly response to all emails within a few hours, can’t fault them!

Love the item, blades are perfect just a small issue with the razor, not had it long and the paints come off already.Other than that i really like it.

This company is dishonest, unprofessional and fraudulent. They charged me out of the blue for an item I wasn’t expecting then refused to refund me or take my details of their system. They’ve also charged me before after I have tried to cancel the subscription with know acknowledgement of fault.

I find the razors really good quality, love the recycling system and the fact that you have freedom to change the amount, never had any issues with delivery or orders. Absolutely loved the shave scrub as well - made my legs feel super smooth.Only issue I find is that the website isnt very user friendly and I have trouble changing the dates of when I receive my razors.
